方法更新软件：

conda update --prefix /opt/anaconda3 anaconda

按照提示：

conda update --all

主要原因是4.9.2—14.10.1版本的升级，。

EnvironmentNotWritableError: The current user does not have write permissions to the target environment.
基本可以解决。
另外的，注意：

最终，无奈之举，最大的杀手锏是：
只能彻底卸载Anaconda重装，重装以后就好了
