1. 确保安装了gcc/g++

sudo apt-get install gcc g++

注意：没必要降级gcc/g++。有些博客说要降级到4.8.5，这和ncnn、protobuf都没关系，应该是他们其他环境的限制导致。

2. 安装protobuf

转换caffe模型需要用到protobuf，如果你不需要转caffe模型可以忽略
- 下载protobuf，然后解压

wget https://github.com/google/protobuf/releases/download/v2.6.1/protobuf-2.6.1.tar.gz

- 执行编译安装

cd protobuf-2.6.1
./configure
make -j
make check
sudo make install
sudo ldconfig

3、安装opencv
sudo apt install libopencv-dev

4、安装ncnn

git clone https://github.com/Tencent/ncnn.git
cd ncnn
mkdir build && cd build
cmake ..
make
make install

至此，ncnn在ubuntu18.04上的安装完成，enjoy！
