【newrelic】agent安装包报错： the installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory解决办法

遇到问题：在windows上更新部署NewRelic .NET agent监控程序时，有时遇到the installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory 报错，如下图
报错原因：在IIS程序运行时，会加载旧版本的.NET agent监控程序，导致 agent程序部署更新过程中对Extensions扩展文件夹没权限
解决办法：重启IIS 或者 重启服务器
