问题现象：

yum安装docker 

 yum install -y docker-ce-19.03.15 docker-ce-cli-19.03.15

Error: Package: 3:docker-ce-19.03.15-3.el7.x86_64 (docker-ce)
           Requires: container-selinux >= 2:2.74
Error: Package: containerd.io-1.6.33-3.1.el7.x86_64 (docker-ce)

 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

问题原因：

目前Centos停止服务，官网上好的镜像已经失效，阿里云镜像上关于centos 7.6的镜像也失效了，所幸Centos7,9 有 container-selinux

解决办法

yum install -y  https://mirrors.aliyun.com/centos/7.9.2009/extras/x86_64/Packages/container-selinux-2.119.1-1.c57a6f9.el7.noarch.rpm、
