Magento公司在2011年下半年推出了Magento认证工程师考试, 到2020年9个年头了，证书从只有两个级别Magento Certified Developer和The Magento Certified Developer Plus（费用都是一样的每科$260）。到2020年4月的今天的如下所示的10个认证证书，价格也涨到了最高$295每科考试。

Magento认证考试，对Magento2原生内容的细节相关的内容考得比较多，所以要注意原生Magento 2的细节内容。如果你是有1到2年的Magento开发经验, 在参照Magento官方提供的考试提纲(可以到这里下载: https://u.magento.com/certification/ )，并且花两到三个月的时间学习Magento官方提供的开发文档（https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.3/#/individual-contributors）通过考试应该没有什么问题。前提是你英语也的不错才行啊，毕竟整个考试题目都是英文的。

Magento的认证考试是委托给Prometric（普尔文）专业认证考试公司。 Prometric是世界上最大的计算机化教育和考试认证服务的公司, 大部分一二级城市都应该设有其授权的考试中心。

Magento认证考试的报名, 有两种方式:
1. 网上预约考试
2. 直接去考试中心报名
第一种方式, 需要你有一张支持美元支付的信用卡，也就是常说的双币信用卡（申请的Visa/Master Card都可以的）, 然后到Prometric网站上注册，选考场，信用卡付款. 第二种方式, 要比直接美元支付要贵两到三百块钱, 但是比较简单, 直接让考试中心帮你注册, 约定时间直接去考试即可。

网上预约考试的过程如下：
先登录prometric官方网站http://www.register.prometric.com/：

1. 选择国家”中国”
2. 选择认证的厂商和考试种类
3. Magento认证的流程介绍
4. 选择考试科目和语言已经支付货币
5. 选择距你最近的考试中心
6. 登录, 如果是新用户可以创建一个
7. 选择考试日期和具体考试时间
8. 进入考试信息确认和付款页面。如果有考试券选择
9. 如需要用美元信用卡支付，请填写信用卡信息
10. 确认所有考试和付款信息前，需要同意Data Privacy Notice。网上注册系统会自动发送考试确认信到注册的电子邮箱内。考试预约成功。
另外，Magento认证考试需要你提供Magento Account ID, 也就是大家登录Magento社区的账号ID, 以 MAG开头的。当你顺利通过考试之后, Magento官方会在24-48小时内, 把考试结果更新到你magento账号上面，有PDF下载版本。同时, 在4-6周之内, Magento会给你邮寄纸质证书。
