VueCli创建项目报错Failed to get response from https://registry.npm.taobao.org/vue-cli-version-marker。可能是网络问题，我过了1个小时在创建就成功了，不过创建过程下载几个包时的速度很慢，又提示Failed to get response from https://registry.npm.taobao.org/vue-cli-version-marker。好在最后创建成功了。

网上查找了很多方法都没有解决。可能我就是网络问题吧。

1. 更换淘宝镜像
2. 清除npm缓存
3. 重装Vue脚手架
