最终发现是前后端端口号被设置成一样报错

1.在IDEA中控制台向上翻滚查看错误

***************************
APPLICATION FAILED TO START
***************************

Description:

Web server failed to start. Port 8090 was already in use.

Action:

Identify and stop the process that's listening on port 8090 or configure this application to listen on another port.

2.在windows中用端口号8090查找pid进程

netstat -nao|findstr 8090

3.pid查找什么程序占用

tasklist | findstr 

此时发现，前后端端口占用。此外情况一般重启也可以哈哈。

4.不是以上情况的：
可在任务管理器 查找对应PID关闭
