之后出现报错如下

查阅了大量的资料和网页，有的是用 NEO4J STOP的都不能使用。

原因：权限不够

使用管理员权限启动CMD就可以了。

具体方如下：WIN11点击Windows徽标，然后搜索“命令提示符”，点击以管理员身份运行，再次运行即可正常运行了。
