uniapp中的web-view跳转到本地文件，需要在根目录下创建hybrid目录。

1. 建立对应文件夹，hybrid和html文件夹；把文件复制进去；
2. 然后准备一个vue页面，里面是web-view；

         return {

3. 然后有需要预览pdf的页面，把pdf的地址传过来就可以了。
